Genetic influence of Anglo-Saxon migration in England

Summary edit

Description
English: This image is based on the PCA map in "Genomic signals of migration and continuity in Britain before the Anglo-Saxons," an archaeogenetics study by Martiniano et. al. Darker shades represent modern populations which are close to Iron Age and Romano-British burials in Melton and York (both Yorkshire), while lighter shades show similarities to an Anglo-Saxon burial in Norton, Teesside.
