Station for Embryo Transfer — Varna (Summary) Embryo transfer in sheep was conducted through laparotomy to establish the appropriate day for su-perovulation and the pregnancy rate of incubated embryos. To this purpose were administered the prepara¬tions Pregmagon and Foligon. It was found that effectivity of Foligon was superior and that results were bet¬ter at the 11th day with 1500IU PMSG. Pregnancy rate in sheep with incubated embryos was very good — 33 %. The medium fortified with bovine serum albumin could be used successfuly for embryo transfer in sheep. Sur¬gical transfer was of slight impact on subsequent cycling and breeding.Български: нннннн |
