Summary edit
DescriptionGerman EP2a RDF system.jpg |
English: This image shows a common German WWII-era mobile radio direction finding unit. An operator is adjusting the main loop antenna on the roof. The loop antenna is rotated by a shaft running into the cabin, and its output connected to an EP2a receiver. The taller antenna to the right is used to radio information back to central authorities, using a 100WS transmitter. This image is part of an extensive collection made by a German radio operator during WWII, available here at the LA6NCA site. |
