Description
English: graduated in Economics from the University Paris, also in France. He holds a Master's degree in Innovation, Organization and International Strategies and certification of Negotiations and International Politics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva (Switzerland), and other titles. After this intensive training, between 2004 and 2007, German served as Administrative Secretary at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to the UN in New York. In the same year, 2007, he joined, as Administrative Attaché, the Permanent Mission of the UN office in Geneva. In 2009 he was appointed Third Secretary and Business Attaché at the same destination.
