Italiano: Al centro è rappresentata la Madonna con il Bambino in trono che tiene in mano una rosa, probabile richiamo all'emblema dei Malatesta che potrebbero aver commissionato l'opera. Da sinistra a destra i Santi rappresentati sono: Gerolamo, Michele, Giacomo, Giovanni Battista, Pietro e Paolo. I mezzi busti del registro superiore vengono attribuiti al Maestro di Roncaiette. Questi sono: Sant'Ambrogio, San Lorenzo, un Santo Vescovo, un Santo Papa, San Cristoforo, e un Santo Vescovo. La cornice lignea neogotica è stata realizzata nel 1919.
