In November 12, 2020, the Giant shoes of Marikina at the w:Riverbanks Center hit a bridge before it completely became damaged swept away by floods of Typhoon Vamco or Typhoon Ulysses. Hence, Markina government made a giant boots to replace it now at the Marikina Shoe Museum.
