Summary edit

Description

NPS Photo/Reba McCracken

A survey of the Schoolroom Glacier (Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming) documents its retreat. The ice today sits far back from the terminal moraine it deposited during the Little Ice Age (which ended in the late 1800s) that dams its picturesque turquoise tarn today.
