English: Glans penis size varies greatly between males. In these images is shown a typical glans penis (erect) of a 34-year-old male. During full erection measurements of this glans penis are approximately 4.8 cm (1.9 in) in height, 4.2 cm (1.7 in) in width and 3.2 cm (1.3 in) in depth. If extra pressure to the glans penis is applied by pressing the penis shaft by hand the maximal measurements are approximately 5 cm (2 in) x 4,5 cm (1.8 in) x 3.5 cm (1.4 in), respectively. Erectile (or stretched flaccid) length of this penis is approximately 19 cm (7.5 in) when measured from the pubic bone. |
