DescriptionGli inglesi paracadutati (red berets) in Val Portule – gennaio 1945.jpg |
English: In January 1945, in Val Portule (Asiago plateau) together with the war material for the partisans, was also launched off-field an English commando of ten "red berets". They were welcomed by a detachment of the Seven Communes at the command of Giovanni Bonato "Dingo". This mission would have to land on the Lessini Mountains to carry out sabotage in the Adige Valley.
After completing the mission in Val Lagarina, they returned from the partisans of the "Green Flames" of the "Seven Communes" with whom they lived throughout the winter until the Liberation, also participating in the attacks against the retreating Germans after 25 Apri 1945.
The Public Domain Mark (PDM) is not a copyright license, but a symbol used to indicate that a work is in the public domain. When it is applied by the author or the copyright holder, community consensus has decided such works as being public domain in the US and countries where it is legally possible to release own work to the public domain. In the countries where this is not possible, the copyright status of the work remains undetermined.

If a file is tagged with Public Domain Mark by someone other than the author or the copyright holder, a more specific copyright tag such as one found at Commons:Copyright tags/General public domain must be applied. If this is your own work, please use {{Cc-zero}} instead.
