English: Manipulatable rotation around a 90° axis along the live 3rd instar NMJ shown in Figure 3. The glial processes (green) were live labeled using 46F>CD8GFP, the neurons labeling using live α-HRP (red) immunolabeling and the SSR using ShCter-DsRed (blue).
