Description
  • Italiano: "Sicilian youths" ("Giovani sicliani"). Cm 16,7x22,5.
  • English: "Sicilian youths". Engraving taken from a photograph by Wilhelm von Gloeden (1856-1931), published in the magazine "The studio" in the June 1893 issue, page 103. The engraving was signed by "C. Angerer & Göschl". A print of this image is now in the collection of the "Musée de la Photographie" in Brussels. The back is stuck on a cardboard, but thanks to a gap in the glueing it can be read a number which is apparently "259" (to be crosschecked). Cm 16,7x22,5.
