Deutsch: Das Goethedenkmal des böhmischen Bildhauers Karl Wilfert junior wurde 1906 in Františkovy Lázně/Franzensbad eingeweiht, in Form einer Brunnenanlage im Stil des Neoklassizismus und des Jugendstils. Es steht am östlichen Rand des Bedřich Smetana/Smetana-Parks und erinnert an den Dichter Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, der neben Karlsbad und Marienbad auch Franzensbad oft besucht hatte.
English: The Goethe monument by the Bohemian sculptor Karl Wilfert junior was inaugurated in Františkovy Lázně/Franzensbad in 1906 in the form of a fountain in the style of neoclassicism and art nouveau. It stands on the eastern edge of the Bedřich Smetana/Smetana Park and commemorates the poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, who, in addition to Karlovy Vary and Mariánské Lázně, often visited Franzensbad.
