Description
English: Going back to nature ...Is what this tractor appears to be doing. I had no idea what the hand-like attachments are for, but Michael Trolove tells me this: "The machine wrapped around the tractor is a cup conveyor for brassica vegetables. The team of cutters walk behind the conveyor. They hand cut the veg and pop them into the cups which are on an endless loop to a trailer towed behind the tractor where they are picked off and packed. No doubt this machine has been replace by something bigger."
Added note: Looks like a International Harvester tractor from the late 1970s/ early 1980s (based on the black + white stripes* bonnet shape) could be an early Case IH Model ?
