Judging by the "1332" in the address ("1332 Electric Studi[o]") the street that goes off to the right mid-way through what is shown (note the branching streetcar tracks) would be Union Street. Parade is going south on First.

And indeed it is. Rob Ketcherside writes, "The photo is on 1st Avenue at Union. The clock belonged to Frank Briggs, and is currently at Occidental and King, the former F. X. McRory's clock. Briggs was at 1330 1st. 1332 1st Ave was photographer A. M. Frost per the city directory in Ancestry." This is based on his Seattle Street Clock Database; see the "Evidence" sheet.
