Description
English: Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England speaks during a Hall of Heroes induction ceremony for Posthumous Medal of Honor recipient Army Pfc. Ross A. McGinnis, at the Pentagon, June 3, 2008. McGinnis' parents Tom and Romayne accepted the award. McGinnis was killed in Baghdad on Dec. 4. 2006, when he used his body to cover a grenade that was thrown into the military vehicle he was riding in with four other soldiers.
