Deutsch: Gottesanbeterinnen fangen ihre Opfer, indem sie ruhig auf einer Pflanze sitzend auf vorbeikommende Insekten warten. Werden sie aufgeschreckt, unternehmen sie meist nur kurze Flüge. Die kleineren und damit leichteren Männchen begeben sich auf auch hin und wieder auf Beuteflüge.
