Description
Nederlands: HANK - Graffiti ontsiert momenteel de historische brug Jannezand in Hank. Louis de Bot van archiefkring Hank vindt het in principe een kunstwerk, maar het mag niet en het hoort niet op een brug.

De brug staat op de nominatie om binnenkort gerenoveerd te worden. Volgens De Bot is het opknappen een illusie, de bug is te ver in verval geraakt om nog enigszins toonbaar te maken. Naast het onderhoud moet er ook worden gezocht naar explosieven uit de oorlog. De brug heeft het tijdens de oorlog zwaar te verduren gekregen en is totaal verwoest geweest.

De renovatie is begroot op zo'n 209.000 euro, volgens De Bot veel te weinig dus zonde van het geld. De Bot ziet liever dat het geld van de renovatie van de brug aan de Vierbansche sluis wordt besteed. Deze sluis is aardig in verval geraakt, maar zou nog gered kunnen worden.
