Summary edit
DescriptionGrass-covered dwelling in Glen Cloy - geograph.org.uk - 269399.jpg |
English: Grass-covered dwelling in Glen Cloy This picture actually straddles two squares; the new house on the left is in NR9934, but the dwelling on the right is the main point of interest here. It has a grass-covered roof and an old wooden boat outside which, in the summer months, is filled with colourful flowering plants. It is located at the end of the track the leads up Glen Cloy. From here, a footpath continues across a field and into Gleann Dubh. The summit of Goatfell can just be seen on the left of the picture. |
