    Hierdurch bevollmächtige ich, Marschall von Italien, Rodolfo
G r a z i a n i, in meiner Eigenschaft als Italienischer Kriegs-
minister, den Höchsten SS- und Polizeiführer und Bevollmächtigten
General der Deutschen Wehrmacht in Italien, General der Waffen-SS
Karl W o l f f, für mich Verhandlungen zu führen und zu den
glieichen Bedingungen wie für die Deutsche Wehrmacht in Italien
mich bindende Vereinbarungen betr. alle regulären Truppen des
Italienischen Heeres, der Luftwaffe und Marinenebenso_ wie der
militärisch-faschistischen Verbände einzugehen.
