Description
English: While the head of comet C/1743 X1 (Klinkenberg) was still below the horizon, multiple bright tails of the comet were visible in the predawn sky on March 8 and 9, 1744 . This sungrazing comet peaked in brightness at the end of February 1744, when it was visible in broad daylight close to the sun.
