Description
English: At the final Community Informational Workshop before final review by Raleigh's Dep of Transp. local artist/urban designer Carlos Romero suggested the overpass in writing to be voted on by NCDOT for the following reasons: To get rid of a rather complicated intersection, an overpass is being constructed for Tenth St over Dickinson Ave and a railroad track.
