No. This grilled cheese is made with Il Fornaio bread which is super-excellent quality artisan bakery bread (check out the sesame seeds... so yum). The cheese is Cabot Hunter's Super Sharp Cheddar. And that is pepperoni you see peeking out, there. Grilled in the best possible way: righteous cast iron. Cast iron is the only way to go. |
