English: Shows number of buildings destroyed and their locations in Belgium with graded red circular symbols. "Situation au 1er mai 1916." Title from upper margin. Available also through the Library of Congress Web site as a raster image. "Réduction d'une carte dressé à Sainte-Adresse (Le Havre) au Ministère de l'Agriculture et des Travaux publics de Belgique (Administration de la Voirie communale)." In lower margin: Annexe à la Réponse du Gouvernement belge au "Livre Blanc" allemand du 10 mai 1915--Berger-Levrault, éditeurs, Paris-Nancy, 3e édition, 1917.
