English: Printed map. "Dressé sur les observations astronomiques de l'Academie Royale des Sciences et sur les Operations Geoms. de Guillaume Del'Isle de la même Academie." "Chez l'Auteur sur le Quai de l'Orloge. avec Prr. Juin 1716." Near lower left corner, "Derozier sculp." Map shows streets, suburbs, buildings, trees, surrounding fields and points of interest. Includes alphabetical index of streets and suburbs. Probably plate 16 from Atlas de géographie by Guillaume de L’Isle (Paris, 1731). This copy has “8.” (printed or in ink) on verso. Donated by Don Measner, June 2004.
