Description
English: Gun Low Altitude Air Defense System (GLAADS) engaging air targets. The target acquisition system utilizing the predicted fire control technology, the most passive system possible. GLAADS was designed to meet the operational requirement of engaging low-altitude, 600 knot aircraft at a minimum range of 3,000 meters, as well as ground targets both for defensive and offensive ground combat operations.
