Summary edit
DescriptionGurdwara Dera Sahib and Samadhi of Ranjit Singh.jpg |
English: Androon e Shehr (Inner City/Old Lahore) is dotted with many Sikh and Muslim/Mughal sites all over . All of them are coexisting with each other side by side in peace , leaving behind both of their bloody pasts when both of them were the bloodiest of enemies. Pictured over here the Gurdwara Dera Sahib and The Samadhi of Ranjit Singh in the foreground and one of the Minarets of the Badshahi Mosque can be seen in the background . Both of these sites literally lie a stones throw from each other , its hard to believe that both of these communities had a hard time getting along with each other barely 200 years back
