Description
Deutsch: Im laufenden Spielbetrieb der Saison werden die Trainer und Betreuer des Teams „Basketball Virus“ immer wieder auf neue talentierte Spieler und Spielerinnen aufmerksam. Dies geschieht sowohl durch Spielbesuche von Liga- und Pokalspielen im Jugendbereich durch das Basketball Virus Trainerteam, als auch über Empfehlungen bereits bekannter Spielerinnen und Spieler und Initiativbewerbungen. Auch bei Initiativbewerbungen und Empfehlungen besucht das Basketball Virus Team die Neubewerber.

Wichtig für die Auswahl der Spielerinnen und Spieler für das Programm sind u.a. das aktuelle Leistungsniveau und die Persönlichkeit Kinder. Sobald die Lehrgangs- und Veranstaltungsplanungen abgeschlossen sind, erhalten das Kind und die Eltern alle notwendigen Informationen zur Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung. So wird ein individuelles (weil immer neu zusammengestelltes) Team hochtalentierter und -motivierter Kinder und Jugendliche aufgebaut. Kinder und Jugendliche, die im Team Basketball Virus gespielt haben, erhalten bevorzugt Bescheid, bevor weitere Spieler und Spielerinnen für das Team angefragt werden.

Am Projekt interessierte Spielerinnen und Spieler, Eltern oder Trainer können sich über das Kontaktformular an das Team des Programms Basketball Virus Deutschland wenden.
