Description

Une des premières plantes à sortir de terre au printemps.

Hemerocallis fulva / orange daylily

Ces très jeunes pousses sont délicieuses, croquantes, un peu comme manger un bâton de céleri mais meilleur. Mais un peu trop tôt elles sony trop petites. On doit creuser avec les doigts autour pour sortir un bon morceau.

On dit que la racine est commestible mais bonne chance d'en sortir un morceau ca prendrait une pelle et autre instruments.
