Description
English: Co-localization of α-actinin-4 (green) and Alexa 568-labelled HAMLET (red) in the periphery of tumor cells. 3D projection of images collected as a z-stack. Pictures were taken with a 0.37 μm interval and a 3D projection was made with the LSM510 software. Frames are shown at 8 frames per second.
