Description
English: A port quarter bow view of the Perth (modified Charles F Adams) class, Australian guided missile destroyer, (D-41), HMAS Brisbane as she cuts through a calm sea. This ship was built by the Defoe Shipbuilding Company, Bay City, Michigan, USA. and was launched on 5 May 1966. It was commissioned on 16 December 1967. HMAS Brisbane served on the gun line in 1969, during the Vietnam War with the United States 7th Fleet.
