Description
English: Hadrian's Wall National Trail below Walltown Hadrians Wall National Trail which runs 84 miles from Bowness-on-Solway to Wallsend http://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/hadrianswall/ climbs steeply from the valley of the Tipalt Burn up towards Walltown. The Vallum (a series of earthworks to the south of the wall itself) can be seen to the right of the image.
