| Description |
English: Hafan Mine and Incline The Plynlimon & Hafan Tramway terminated near the foot of the Hafan Incline, at the site of the old Hafan lead mine. The self-acting incline once carried two sets of rails - the weight of laden wagons descending on one side from the quarries above pulled up the empties on the other side via a connecting cable controlled from a brake/drum house at the top of the incline. |
