DescriptionHal Roach with directors in 1928.jpg |
English: Caption reads: "Hal Roach conferring with his directors. "See the whip" Now, think up something funny!" Thus are Roach M-G-M comedies made...However, this much IS true: From left to right, they are Fred Guiol, Bob McGowan, Roach, Leo McCarey, Hal Yates, James Parrot, and Claude Bruckman." Notice that the "Claude Bruckman" in the caption is actually supposed to be Clyde Bruckman. This could be due to a typo or could be his nickname, or something like that. |
