Description
English: There is a road beside one of the main canals in Göteborg (Stora Nygatan, just off the Avenue) that has a bit of a strangely numbered house. The story (I heard it from the tour guide on the Paddan canal boat trip) goes that two groups of builders started from opposite ends of the road, and when they got to the middle (where this house is), they had got to numbers 17 and 19 respectively, and with 18 being used on the other side of the road they had to come up with something in-between...
