Description
The experts at Bruun Rasmussen stated that this work was exhibited at Charlottenborg in 1914. They did not substantiate the claim and the painting did not match any of the better known exhibitions - but there may have been others. By the December 2002 auction they had become convinced that is was the painting named En tungsindig Moder (A melancholy mother).
