Summary edit

Description
English: This graphic, from Hassan et al., 2022, shows how the w:Atlantic meridional overturning circulation would decline by 2100 under a high emission w:climate change scenario. It also shows how reductions in w:aerosols which cause w:global dimming could contribute to this decline, unless they are counterbalanced by the reductions in w:atmospheric methane. Graphic is taken from the paper's "Supplementary Information" section.
