DescriptionHastings trolleybuses - ca. 1928.jpg |
English: A pair of pioneering trolleybuses in Hastings, East Sussex, England. Both were constructed on Guy BTX chassis. At left is no 1, DY4953, one of eight Dodson bodied open top open staircase double deckers. These eight vehicles were the only new build open top trolleybuses ever to be built. At right is no 22, DY5124, which, like the rest of the Hastings fleet, was a centre entrance saloon with Ransome Sims and Jeffries bodywork. |
