| Description |
English: Hedge and Trees near Cop House Farm and the Airbus Beluga #1 The stalks of the hedge alongside the B5129, and the trees on the far side of the field behind the hedge, struggle to make this photo of the Airbus Beluga #1 into a Geograph. However, the larger tree in the centre of the photo is identifiable by comparison with the photo 446678 as there is only one line of approach from the north east. This photo is taken from a slightly different position, and despite the angle of the plane, the runway at Hawarden airport is directly over my head. The plane is often seen flying at an angle, presumably compensating for any crosswind. The windows of the cockpit can be seen just above the pointed nose of the plane, and below the '1'. The plane carries the Airbus wings from the Broughton factory and is one of a fleet of five, which are regular visitors to the airport.
