English: PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Petty Officer 3rd class Darren Hicks is hoisted into an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., while conducting rescue swimmer training in the James River in the vicinity of the Monitor-Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Dec. 28, 2011.
