Description Hereford Court (foreground) and Wiltshire House (background), Kemptown, City of Brighton and Hove, England. Two tower blocks built in the Eastern Road area in the 1960s as part of Brighton Borough Council's slum clearance/urban renewal efforts in that area. The modern curved-roof building between them is the council's Lavender Street Housing Office. The view looks southeastwards from the bottom of Tillstone Street.
