English: Hershey's Syrup 1950s. Height: 9,2 cm / Diameter: 8 cm. Tin stamping: 3T57, manufactured by Hershey Chocolate Corporation, Hershey, PA., USA. The can was part of US-Help for Europe (Marshall Plan / European Recovery Program), in this particular case for Vienna / Austria / EU after World War II and is not opend down to the present day. Inscription: For home use. Item No. 315. / CHOCOLATE MILK / HOT - Two tablespoons HERSHEY’S Syrup to a cup of very hot (not boiling) milk makes a delicious drink. / COLD - Add two tablespoons HERSHEY’S Syrup to one glass, very cold (not iced) milk. Mix with shaker or beater. / Use more or less to suit taste. / The contents of this can are sufficient to flavor three quarts of Hot or Cold Milk. If milder flavor is desired add more milk. / An unexcelled sauce or topping for Ice Cream, Pudding, and various desserts that would be improved by the addition of chocolate flavor. / Manufactured by Hershey Chocolate Corporation, Hershey, PA., USA.
