English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
The Royal Navy contibutes to the UN fleet in the water of Korea. The "Evertsen" has been there for ten months already. The torpedo-boat hunter "Van Galen" now departs from Den Helder to relieve this ship. SHOTS: - The ship lays in front of the quay; relatives go aboard and bid them farewell; - the ship unmoors and departs, waved at by the stay-behinds.
Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.
De Koninklijke Marine levert een bijdrage aan de vloot van de VN in de wateren van Korea. De "Evertsen" is daar nu al tien maanden. De torpedobootjager "Van Galen" vertrekt nu uit Den Helder om dit schip te gaan aflossen. SHOTS: - Het schip ligt voor de kade; verwanten gaan aan boord en nemen afscheid; - schip gooit los en vertrekt, nagewuifd door de achterblijvers. |
