Description
English: Three mRNAs of CBRN-Smad1, Smad4-McLuc1 and Venus were microinjected into two diagonal blastomeres of the 2-cell embryo. The embryo was set on a glass dish and dipped in a solution including 1 mM D-luciferin. The embryonic development was monitored over 24 hours under the fluorescence and bioluminescence upright microscope. Obtained digital images of bioluminescence (pseudocolor) were overlaid with the images of fluorescence (gray) at each time.
