Description
English: Additional File 4 Demonstration of a microinjection of 13.8 nL of fluorescent beads into the exocoelomic cavity at E7.5. This video clip shows advancement of the microinjection pipette into the exocoelomic cavity at E7.5. The uterus is supported by the uterine stabilizer on the right of the screen and prevents the uterus moving away from the advancing microinjection pipette. The smallest divisions in the scale bar are 100 μm. The frame rate is 34 frames/second.
