420. Meincke, Hilmar, f. 1710 i Flensborg, d. 1771; Kammerraad og Kjøbmand i Trondhjem. Nedsatte sig i Trondhjem omkr. 1738 og erhvervede sig en betydelig Formue. Kjøbte Ilsviken i 1740 og bebyggede Stedet. Skjænkede i sit Testamente 10000 Rdl. til nyttigste Brug og Anvendelse, af hvilke hans Søn Henrich bestemte de 4000 Rdl. til en borgerlig Realskole og derved muliggjorde dens Oprettelse. Hilmar M. var 2 Gange gift, 1. 1741 med Catharina Thomasdtr. Mølmann (f. 1720, d. 1748); 2. 1749 m. Sara Maria Møller (f. 1726, d. 1751). Han havde 6 Børn, deraf 4 i første Ægteskab; se No. 421, 425 (469 - 471), 426 - 431, 444.
