Gen. Abud Qanbar (right), the commanding general of Baghdad Operational Command. During his visit to Camp Taji, Iraq, Oct. 14, Abud made history as the first Iraqi to ever launch a UAV, said Jacksonville, Fla., native 1st Sgt.
