Deutsch: Zu sehen sind die Genitalien eines zweiundvierzigjährigen Mannes mit beidseitigem Hodenhochstand. Deutlich zu sehen ist der im Gegensatz zum Penis nur schwach entwickelte leere Hodensack. Die Hoden sind zwar vorhanden, befinden sich aber nicht am vorgesehenen Ort, sondern im Leistenkanal rechts und links oberhalb des Penis. Dort sind sie als Wölbungen zu erkennen.
English: Shown are the genitals of a 42-year-old man with undescended testicles on both sides. The empty scrotum, which is only weakly developed in contrast to the penis, is clearly visible. The testicles are there, but they are not in the intended place, but in the inguinal canal on the right and left above the penis. There they can be seen as bulges. |
