| Description |
Deutsch: Denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus in Hagen-Hohenlimburg (Elsey), Marktstraße 3. Eingeschossiges ehemaliges Werkstattgebäude, das vermutlich vor 1796 erbaut wurde. Das Haus im historischen Stiftsbereich steht in unmittelbarem Zusammenhang mit dem Nachbarhaus Marktstraße 1, früheres Wohnhaus des Stiftsamtmannes Friedrich Moritz Holtschmit (1766–1844). Um 1880 wurde die Werkstatt längsseitig durch einen Ziegelbau erweitert. Später langjährige Nutzung als Schlosserei. 2015 aufwendig restauriert.
