Summary edit

Description
English: Hollow way, Hockley Golf Club This V-shaped hollow is one of many 'hollow ways' on Twyford Down, drovers' roads incised into the chalk by centuries of use. A public footpath follows the right-hand side of this hollow way, down through the Hockley golf course, a marker post can be seen in the foreground, towards the left of the photo. The left-right path is part of the golf club infrastructure, with a small bridge across the hollow way.
