Оклад иконы св. Троицы

Россия,конец XVI - начало XVII в. Серебро Чеканка, резьба, чернь Высота 154 см. Ширина 130 см. Вклад И.Д.Годунова в Костромской Ипатьевский монастырь.

Оклад иконы (венцы, короны, цаты, фон, поля) золотой, чеканный с драгоценными камнями. В его декорировке, продолжая традиции искусства XVI в., мастера использовали изящные черневые узоры, а также чеканный орнамент из ритмично вьющихся стеблей с трилистниками, густо покрывающий поверхность изделий. Цата (нагрудная подвеска) среднего ангела украшена сканым узором из стеблей с трилистниками, мелкими листочками и лилиеобразными цветами, заполненными прозрачной зеленой, синей, ярко-красной эмалью. Эмалевые розетки под камнями – глухой белой, голубой и прозрачной зеленой эмалью.
